All-Purpose Chicken Seasoning
A simple, versatile spice blend for chicken—perfect for grilling, roasting, or pan-searing. Adds flavor and a touch of smokiness to any cut.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne peppe
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together all the spices with the olive oil to form a paste.
- Pat chicken dry and coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Let sit for 10-15 minutes (or refrigerate up to 24 hours for more flavor).
- Grill, roast, or pan-sear chicken as desired until fully cooked.
